Pneumatic Industrial Services, Inc. believes that the safety and health of our employees is the number one priority in the operation of our business. In continually striving to achieve a safe and healthful work environment each member of management and every employee has a mutual obligation to give the highest consideration to fulfilling this responsibility. Our employee selection, hiring and training programs leave nothing to chance. Our continual training and retraining of our employees in the areas of personal protection, confined space entry and operational procedures, gives our personnel the confidence to perform their tasks in a safe and professional manner.
To coordinate all of our safety procedures Pneumatic Industrial Services, Inc. employs a full-time safety director. Responsibilities include coordination efforts between Pneumatic Industrial Services, Inc. and the customers, employee training and records, conducting weekly safety meetings, overseeing the evolution of the company safety policies and procedures and spot checking compliance with safety regulations on and during project execution. To focus our employees attention towards safety, our management holds pre-job safety meetings at our office prior to any project to discuss our customers regulations and specific concerns for that particular project. At the plant site, Pneumatic Industrial Services, Inc. superintendents hold tailgate safety meetings prior to each shift to discuss specific safety issues for that particular shift and / or project.
