Vapor Recovery Units
With our vapor recovery units, we are able to control and degas tanks with at least 98% efficiency, meeting the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality's (TCEQ) limits of four volumes of cubic feet of air or 34,000 ppm. Our vapor combustion units are self contained and portable, with 300 gallons of propane and a 50-watt generator on board. These units can be set up in just 30 - 45 minutes and will burn anywhere from one hour to twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, depending on the needs of our clients.

Vapor Combustion Units
Tankco's Vapor Combustion Units are designed to effectively destroy hydrocarbons at 1400 degrees Fahrenheit at a rate of 60,000 scf per hour. Holding all vapors in the combustion chamber for a minimum of one second, our units effectively destroy more than 98% of all hydrocarbon vapors. Our vapor combustion units are self contained and portable, with 300 gallons of propane and a fifty-watt generator on board. These units can be set up in just thirty to forty-five minutes and will burn anywhere from one hour to twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, depending on the needs of our clients.
