Many companies claim to perform biological decontamination services, but we have now taken this service to a higher industry standard. We have assembled a professional staff that is involved with our biological decontamination projects. This staff includes our own epidemiologist, Certified Industrial Hygienist, biologists, chemists and other environmental scientists. We maintain an inventory of dedicated, specialized equipment including mechanical foam applicators for application of disinfecting foam agents; pneumatic fumigators for aerosolizing disinfecting solutions; post-decontamination biological sampling kits and other specialized tools. We have developed a training program specific to biological decontamination that involves curriculum prepared by, and presented by, our staff epidemiologist. Our projects include high-hazard biological decontamination experience involving some of the more dangerous microorganisms that are typically encountered only in biological research laboratories.
USES has provided biological decontamination services to disinfect and eliminate disease-causing viruses, bacteria and fungi in both industrial and residential facilities. This includes restaurants, hospitals, medical facilities, hotels, homes, schools, restaurants, retail stores, ships and off-shore oil platforms. Our decontamination services are performed using various disinfectants, virucides, bactericides and fungicides, with application methods that vary from physical application using sponges and scrub brushes, as shown above, to pressurized dispersion systems that introduce a disinfecting fog or mist for treatment of surfaces and air-space. As previously referenced, USES has employed the services of an in-house epidemiologist to provide a very high degree of professional decontamination services.
